Data Required for searches-

To Locate a Subject by;

We can search for a subject when you provide their Social Security Number. This is usually the best way to run a computerized search. Any additional information such as an address or age will also help to get the correct match with the search subject. (Use Code 33)

We can search for a subject when you provide the Name and Address. This search can be helped by providing a DOB or approximate age and by supplying any previous addresses. The provided, latest address, may be too new to be linked to any computer records and an older address may help with a match to the search subject. (Use Code 333)

To obtain a Criminal History;

These searches require that you provide a Name, and a DOB and the Social Security Number. Many jurisdictions also require Race and Sex information. If you have a last known address, this will help.

Criminal History searches are performed on a statewide or county level. This depends on the state to be searched by. Some states only have county records available, not one statewide location to search. We can perform Metro area searches in many major population centers. This is a search that includes 4, 5, or 6 counties and is priced just above a single county search.

This search will return any felony convictions. It will also show any misdemeanor convictions that are filed with the same court. Misdemeanor conviction histories searches are a separate search.

Gator Grabber

You provide a Name and Address or a Name and Social Security Number and we do the rest. It also helps to provide and age or a DOB and any old addresses.

The Gator Grabber search is the best way to obtain background information on any individual. This search is an automated search engine that looks for up to 40 different databases throughout the country and pulls information from them that is linked to the search subject. This report will include an address history, possible relatives, others linked to the subject's address history, motor vehicles, boats, airplanes and real estate owned by the subject. It may also show corporate name links, UCC and bankruptcy and lien information. Depending upon the state of residence, it may show much more information.

Keep in mind that computer databases usually go back only 15 to 20 years. Information older than that may require a different type of research. Also, some states are not as automated as others and a search for specific information may require a separate, additional search.

Employment Locator

You supply a Name, Address and Social Security Number and we will locate the current employment for the subject. Any additional information such as a previous employer or a type of work the subject has been employed in, will help speed up the search.

Self employment when the subject does not operate under a company name or as a licensed business is more difficult to locate. If a subject is working "under the table" we may not be able to locate that employment.

This is a Full Fee search. A "no hit" only applies if we cannot locate anything on the search subject. For example, if we find and verify that the subject is unemployed, that is still a "hit".
